BELINDA LARMOUR(nee  Cooper) B Mus., MA, LTCL

Belinda started playing the violin at Whiteabbey Primary School and continued at Belfast High. As a schoolgirl she competed in both violin and piano classes at Carrickfergus Musical Festival.

After her B Mus degree at the University of Edinburgh, she completed an MA at Queen’s University, Belfast, and the LTCL diploma on violin. Belinda then worked in the BBC for 10 years – first as Music Librarian and later as a TV Director. Since then, she has combined playing and teaching the violin, and also enjoys arranging music, particularly for young string groups.
