Carrickfergus Musical Festival Association is managed and run by a team of dedicated volunteers who give their time and experience to ensure the smooth running of the festival event each year.

There are currently in excess of 50 commitee members working on various aspects of festival organisation. The committees are split into 3 working bodies i.e. Speech & Drama, Music and Business which are active for many months throughout the year under the control of the management team to ensure that each festival is professionally organised and presented for both the competitors and audiences alike.
